In 1895 Arthur A. McFall sold flour to J.L.Spink, of Toronto, who was acting as an agent for the firm of A.&W. Smith of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Spink wanted a miller’s certificate from Arthur and sent him a sample for the purchase.

A sample Miller’s Certificate given to Arthur A. McFall in 1895 for his use in the sale of flour to A. & W. Smith Co. of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

invoice is for 150 barrels at $3.50 a piece

this affidavit was to be sworn in front of a Customs Officer or Justice of the Peace

all this flour was manufactured from wheat of Canadian Growth
